QuranForAll Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

QuranForAll helps mosques organize Quran circles, student attendance, memorization assignments, reviews, and progress. This policy explains how Advanced Systems for Researches and Digitalization handles information in the QuranForAll application.

Information we process

Depending on the role and features used, mosque administrators and teachers may provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, gender, mosque and circle membership, attendance records, Quran assignments, progress, corrections, and notes. This information is used only to provide and manage the Quran-circle service.

Location

If permission is granted, the app uses the device's location to calculate local prayer times. The prayer-time calculation is performed for that feature and QuranForAll does not store the device's precise location in its mosque database.

Storage and service providers

QuranForAll uses Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore, to store service data. Information may be processed by Google as our service provider under its applicable security and privacy terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the relevant mosque organization and its authorized users, with service providers needed to operate the app, when the user chooses to share an invitation, or when required by law.

Children

The service may contain student records, including records for children, created and managed by a mosque, teacher, parent, or guardian. Organizations using QuranForAll are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law and limiting access to authorized people.

Retention, security, and deletion

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted Google Firebase transport and storage protections. Authorized mosque administrators may correct or remove organization records. Users or guardians may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Requesting data deletion

QuranForAll users, parents or guardians, and authorized mosque administrators can request deletion of personal and learning records by emailing info@asrtechnologysolutions.com with the subject QuranForAll data deletion request.

  1. Include the user's name, role, mosque or Quran circle, and the email address or phone number associated with the record.
  2. If requesting deletion for a child or another person, explain your relationship to that person. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority before acting on the request.
  3. We will confirm receipt and process a verified request within 30 days.

A verified request deletes the applicable profile and contact details, date of birth, gender, mosque and circle membership, attendance, Quran assignments, progress, corrections, notes, and invitation records from active systems. Limited information may be retained when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve a dispute. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed through normal backup rotation within 90 days.
